Your Booking
For 2010 our weekly bookings run from 2pm on Saturday to 11am the following Saturday. If you want meeting from Kirkwall or Stromness boats, Kirkwall Bus Station or the airport, we can easily arrange a pick up most days, just let us know your requirements well in advance and we will see what we can do.
Costs
Low season
1st October to 31st March
Full week – Saturday - Saturday £300
Nightly Rate (minimum 2 nights) £55
High season
1st April to 30th September
Full week – Saturday - Saturday: £450
Nightly rate (minimum 2 nights) £65
Please note :
All hires are a minimum of 2 nights.
Saturday and Sunday pickup and drop off times: 230pm – 11am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday pick up and drop off times are: 6pm – 230pm
Prices include all vehicle insurance. Drivers must be over 25 with a full UK drivers license and with at least 2 years driving experience. (drivers over 21 with more than 2 years’ driving experience should also still get in touch as we may be able to accommodate your needs).

How do I book?
Please fill in the below enquiry form below or email enquiries@orkneycampers.com completing your name, email address and your date of interest, as well as any extras that you may want to add to your booking or phone 01856 811208. You can check the availability calendar below for more details also.
Once we have confirmed your dates are available please read our terms and conditions of hire (or download a hard copy here), and please fill in our booking form and email or post it back to us with your £100 deposit (payable with paypal (payments@orkneycampers.com), bank transfer or cheque).
Important: Your dates are secured once we receive your deposit.

Booking Form

Deposits
On booking, a deposit of £100 is required please. This is non-refundable. The outstanding balance is due 6wks prior to booking date. Any balance not paid by this time will lose their deposit and also their booking.
£500 returnable Security deposit (cash, cleared cheque or bank transfer) will be taken prior to collection of vehicle and returned within 1 week after return of camper if returned clean, undamaged, fully equipped with a full tank of petrol. Any costs incurred should any condition be unfulfilled will be deducted from the deposit taken.
Payment can be made using PAYPAL (you can use your credit or debit card to pay using PayPal), cheque or bank transfer. Payment made using PAYPAL will incur a 2% surcharge.
Cancellations
Life doesn’t always go as planned and we understand that sometimes you will have to make the difficult decision to cancel your holiday.
Orkney Campers cancellation policy
6wks or more prior to holiday - Full Refund of Deposit
4-6wks prior to holiday - 50% Refund
Less than 3wks prior to holiday - No Refund Offered
If we need to cancel your holiday we will try to make alternative arrangements. If we are unable to do so you will of course get a full refund.
